About Us

About WELLELE Tubing

WELLELE Tubing supports OEMs, component manufacturers, distributors and engineering teams that need custom polymer or paper-based tubing. Our work starts with the application rather than a catalog code: material, manufacturing route, inside and outside dimensions, wall construction, operating conditions, inspection and packaging are reviewed together before a production scope is agreed.

Our tubing portfolio includes polyester film tubing, polyimide tubing, aramid paper tubing, PEEK tubing and fluoropolymer tubing. Depending on the product, manufacturing routes may include extrusion, dip coating, flat winding, spiral winding, precision cutting and secondary converting. Availability, tolerances and documentation are confirmed for the specific material and geometry quoted.

In brief: WELLELE Tubing is a Suzhou-based custom tubing supplier and manufacturing coordinator. We connect application review, qualified manufacturing resources, dimensional inspection, export documentation and shipment support in one commercial workflow.

What We Help Customers Specify

A material name alone is rarely enough to define a reliable tube. Two tubes described as “polyimide” or “PET” may behave differently because their manufacturing process, seam condition, wall build and finishing are different. WELLELE therefore asks buyers to define the functional requirement before confirming a product.

Decision area Information we review Why it matters
Application Insulation, protection, fluid transfer, sensing or assembly aid Establishes the functional priority and failure risks
Material Polymer or paper grade, source and required documentation Controls thermal, chemical, electrical and regulatory review
Geometry ID, OD, wall, length and tolerances Controls fit, assembly and repeatability
Process Extruded, dip-coated, flat-wound or spiral-wound Changes seam, lumen, wall construction and size feasibility
Operating conditions Temperature, voltage, chemicals, pressure, movement and service life Prevents a material-level property from being used as a finished-part rating
Acceptance Measurement method, sampling, visual criteria and reports Makes the purchase specification auditable
Delivery Quantity, packaging, labels, destination and Incoterm Reduces handling and import surprises

Product and Process Coverage

Polymer and film tubing

WELLELE supports Mylar/PET film tubing, polyimide tubing, PEEK tubing and selected fluoropolymer tubing. Trademarked material names are used only when the material identity supports the claim; otherwise the product is described by its generic polymer family.

Paper-based insulation tubing

Aramid paper and other electrical insulation papers can be converted into flat-wound or spiral-wound sleeves. Paper grade, adhesive system, overlap, wall build and impregnation environment must be reviewed as part of the finished construction.

Secondary operations

Projects may require cutting, slitting, terminal-related assembly, wire preparation, molding or packaging operations in addition to tube forming. The exact operation and inspection scope are stated in the quotation rather than assumed across every product.

How We Organize Manufacturing

WELLELE operates from Suzhou and works with manufacturing resources selected by material, process and application. This model allows a buyer to discuss multiple tube families through one technical and commercial contact while keeping the actual manufacturing route visible.

We do not present every product as if it came from one universal production line. The quotation should identify the relevant process, manufacturing location when disclosure is required, inspection responsibility and documents available for that order. Read more about our manufacturing relationship.

Quality Is Defined by the Purchase Specification

Quality control begins with incoming material and continues through critical process checks and outgoing inspection. The control plan depends on the part: a wound electrical sleeve may require overlap, wall and cut-end checks, while capillary tubing may place higher priority on bore, OD, cleanliness and connection performance.

Typical review points include:

  • material identity and lot information where quoted;
  • ID, OD, wall and cut length at agreed measurement points;
  • seam, overlap, roundness, lumen and cut-end condition as applicable;
  • samples or first articles before volume production;
  • labeling, lot separation and protective packaging;
  • inspection records or compliance documents when included in the order.

No certification or test report should be treated as applying to every WELLELE product. Buyers should request the exact document, issuing body, tested material and scope relevant to their part.
