Industries and Applications
Motors, generators and compressors
Tubing may be used around lead wires, terminals, windings, connections and temperature-protection components. Selection must consider temperature class, varnish or oil exposure, insertion method, dielectric design and the complete insulation system.
Transformers, coils and power equipment
Paper-based, film and polymer sleeves can provide separation and mechanical protection around leads, windings or fasteners. Material identity, wall, overlap, impregnation behavior, voltage design and assembly clearances should be defined by the customer.
Sensors, thermistors and thermal controls
Small tubes may protect sensor leads, probes, solder joints or encapsulated components. Buyers commonly need controlled ID, thin wall, cut length, clean ends and compatibility with potting, adhesives or operating media.
Electrical and electronic assemblies
PET, polyimide, aramid paper and other tubing families can support insulation, separation, covering and handling. Process choice depends on size, seam requirements, flexibility, temperature and assembly method.
Medical equipment, IVD and laboratory instruments
WELLELE can review tubing used as a component in equipment, diagnostic instruments, in-vitro systems and laboratory devices. This does not imply suitability for implantation, intravascular use, sterile fluid contact or other regulated use. Those applications require a separately defined material, manufacturing, cleanliness, biocompatibility, quality-system and validation scope.
Precision fluidics and harsh-environment components
PEEK and fluoropolymer tubing may be considered for analytical or industrial fluid paths, chemical exposure or temperature conditions. Finished-tube pressure, chemical and temperature ratings depend on geometry, fittings, installation and test conditions; resin data alone is not a universal product rating.

Customer Confidentiality and References
Many custom tubing projects contain drawings, process information, volumes or end-use details that should not be public. WELLELE therefore does not use a customer’s name, logo, drawing or project details on this page without permission. Confidential projects can be handled under an agreed nondisclosure arrangement.
For supplier qualification, anonymized capability evidence is often more useful than a logo wall. Buyers can request relevant sample records, process photographs, inspection examples, document lists or audit information, subject to confidentiality and project stage.

How We Support Repeat Customers
After sample approval, repeat supply is managed against the agreed drawing revision, material, process, inspection and packaging scope. Forecasts or blanket orders may help with material and capacity planning, but delivery dates and stock commitments must be agreed for the specific program. Any proposed substitution or critical process change follows the notification terms established with the customer.
