Spiral-Wound Nomex 410 Tube for Grade-Specific Insulation

WELLELE spiral-wound Nomex 410 tube is made from traceable Nomex 410 electrical insulation paper with a controlled helical overlap. It is designed for drawings and qualification systems that require a defined 410 grade together with custom tube ID, wall build and cut length.
Custom capability can be reviewed across approximately 0.8-60 mm ID and 0.05-0.76 mm wall. The exact tube depends on paper thickness, layers, overlap, roundness, length, voltage, temperature, moisture or oil exposure and finished-tube test requirements.

Key capabilities

  • Traceable Nomex 410 paper direction
  • Custom ID approximately 0.8-60 mm
  • Custom wall approximately 0.05-0.76 mm
  • Spiral overlap, roundness and cut-end control

When is a Nomex 410-specific tube required?

Choose this product when the drawing, customer specification or qualification explicitly requires Nomex 410 and the document trail must match the supplied tube.

It is a custom electrical insulation tube made from traceable Nomex 410 paper using a helical winding structure. The finished tube is specified by ID, wall build, overlap, length, roundness, conditioning and test requirements.

Choose Nomex 410 when the drawing, customer specification or qualification requires that material grade and document trail. If a general aramid grade is permitted, an aramid paper tube may provide a different sourcing option after technical approval.

No. Base-paper data are a reference for the material, but tube performance also depends on winding, overlap, wall build, cut end, moisture conditioning and the finished-tube test method.

Send the required Nomex 410 grade evidence, ID, wall build, cut length, roundness, voltage and test condition, operating temperature, oil or moisture exposure, quantity, drawing and document requirements

Select Nomex 410 from the complete component dimensions, operating conditions, manufacturing process and acceptance criteria. Use samples to confirm fit and function before volume production.
